Maryland Senators Offer Support for Bill Modifying LNG Project Siting Authority

United States Senators Barbara Mikulski (D-Md.) and Benjamin Cardin (D-Md.) announced yesterday that they would support S. 2822, a bill to repeal the section of the Energy Policy Act of 2005 that granted FERC exclusive authority over siting onshore LNG import facilities.
