ADVERTISEMENTS

"Cash Now" pusher Stone Street Capital is now promoting what it calls the "Lump Sum Structured Settlement Process" on its corporate website. A structured settlement is clearly defined in the Internal Revenue Code at IRC 5891(c)(1). The structured settlement process IS NOT what Stone Street Capital is peddling. While a structured settlement may include a deferred lump sum payment as one of its components that IS NOT what Stone Street Capital is peddling.

Stone Street Capital is also a "cash now" pusher.Download stone_street_capital_cash_now_4132008.pdf
