: Structured Settlements 4RealLack of Regulation Empowers San Diego SEO Agency Participation in "Cash Now" Scheme
By John Darer
As one dig deeper into the "cash now " web of deceit s one learns that the scheme goes beyond factoring companies to search engine optimizers and internet ad agencies. Consider the website Instantlumpsum.com.
According to Cool Whois (Download instantlumpsum_domain_registration_from_whois.pdf ), Instantlumpsum.com is registered to Ad Authority a San Diego based company with its address at 2275 Rio Bonito Way Suite 210 San Diego, CA 92108. Ad Authority, thorugh its website InstantLump Sum.Com, solicits consumers with the come on "hurting for cash?"s to "sell your settlment now" so "you can get it all now". Oh let me count the lies!

It's a Lie Reason 1 If you sell your structured settlement you can't get all your money now or ever!
It's a Lie Reason 2 the very name instant lump sum in relation to a structured settlement is a lie. And the come on does not imply de minimis lump sum such as an advnace of several hundrred dollars..
There's no doubt who these "predators" are hunting.
The danger of having no regulation of structured settlement factoring companies business practices is compounded when they outsource to companies like Ad Authority, or if such companies act on their own as it appears here.
Ad Authority is being added to our "Cash now" pushers list. Arnold Schwarzenegger are you listening? The company is from your state.
