Three new associates at Dreier Stein's Santa Monica office

Toni Y. Long, Mansi K. Shah and Susan Leader joined Dreier Stein's Santa Monica office as associates.

Long focuses on corporate and securities cases, including mergers, acquisitions, real estate and corporate governance. She also provides general corporate counseling to public and private corporations.  She was previously an associate at Keesal Young.

Shah and Leader both come from Gibson Dunn's commercial litigation department. Shah worked on intellectual property, telecommunications and commercial matters. Before that, she was a law clerk at Levitt & Quinn Family Law Center in Los Angeles.

Leader's experience includes serving as second and third chair in litigation involving a Fortune 500 company. She focuses on commercial and contract litigation, intellectual property litigation and antitrust and unfair competition. She also co-chairs the Los Angeles Ballet Associates Board and is a member of the Legal Aid Foundation Associates Committee.
