: Irish Law UpdateExtradition of Exoo Refused
It's now being reported that Exoo's extradition has been refused:
RTE: Extradition of Exoo halted in US
The Times West Virginian: Ex-Beckley minister free
Irish Times: Minister in suicide case calls for change in Irish law
As far as I can work out, the judgment was issued by the U.S. District Court, Southern District Court of West Virginia. The judge was Magistrate Judge R. Clarke VanDervort.
The court website is at www.wvsd.uscourts.gov and some published opinions are available here.
The Exoo opinion doesn't appear to be on the site yet.
