Two Sonnenschein Nath partners go to Davis Wright's L.A. office

Robert_girard Health lawyers Robert Girard and David Volk joined Davis Wright's Los Angeles office as a partner and of counsel, respectively. They were previously partners at Sonnenschein Nath.

Girard has represented a variety of institutional and professional healthcare providers over the past 30 years. He's also worked on medico-legal and bioethics matters, service contracts, reimbursement, corporate organizational, medical staff and general transactional matters.

David_volk Volk focuses on Medicare, Medicaid and other third-party reimbursement matters. He also focuses on medical staff/hospital governance and peer review issues, internal investigations, governmental investigations and enforcement actions.
