So, work is nuts right now.  It's filled with stress and negativity.  Sonoma County suffered from some horrible fires that destroyed a lot of the town.  It is looking like PG&E could be responsible.  We are working on gathering those cases.  Of course, the usual idiots come out.  Nevertheless, despite the long, long days, Alaska looms.  It is only about 6 months away and I am NOT ready. There is too much to do to get there.  There is too much to do here.  There is too much to do to get the house built.  It may be that I get up there and CANNOT build the house right away.  Maybe have to come back.  That would require storage and a lot of bullshit.  In any event, a lot of good stuff is happening too.  Work is busy but that also means a lot of opportunities.  Really, all I am doing right now is work.  But the house needs to be made ready to sell.  And the house in Alaska needs to be built.  I am 100% sure I will miss these crazy days when they are gone.  I'll write again soon, as it is important for me to chronicle this journey.
