STATE v. HILL - Leagle.com On September 17, 2007, the Lorain County Grand Jury indicted Hill on one count of sexual battery in violation of R.C. 2907.03(A)(2), a felony of the third degree. From August 14, 2009, through August 15, 2009, the case was tried to the court. On October 16, 2009, the trial judge entered a finding of guilty and sentenced Hill to two years of incarceration that was to run concurrently with the sentence on an unrelated charge. U.S. v.
