Die Gemeinde-Bibliothek ist ein wahres Schmuckstück. Die Räume des alten Sandsteingebäudes am Kirchplatz in Grafenrheinfeld vermitteln Gemütlichkeit.

Die Gemeinde kann sich eine schöne Bibliothek ohne Gebührenerhebung leisten, weil die Gewerbesteuereinnahmen hoch sind. Das ist sowieso ungleichgewichtig: Wo die Gewerbesteuern hinfallen, kann man in der Kommune klotzen. Doch – wie Sindelfingen erlebt hat – ist es auch nicht so, dass sie immer und automatisch kommen.
