Should You Upgrade from Office 2003?

As promised in a recent post, I asked Jennifer Ellis to provide readers with her analysis as to whether to upgrade to Office 2007, or skip it entirely and upgrade to Office 2010.  I don’t ask out of idle curiosity.  It’s a question that comes into the Pa Bar Association Hotline at least once or twice every week.  That tells me there are a lot of you out there wondering what action, if any, you should take.

Jennifer has obliged in her blog post entitled “Should You Upgrade Microsoft Office?“  As you would expect, Jennifer attacks the subject from a variety of angles, including backward compatibility, improvements, learning curve, and cost.  If you’re on the fence, be sure to read her analysis.
