USCG Denies Rhode Island Appeal of LOR for Weaver's Cove LNG Project

Earlier this month, the U.S. Coast Guard denied an appeal filed by the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management of the Letter of Recommendation approving the proposed vessel route for the Weaver's Cove LNG import project. The letter order is available in FERC's eLibrary under Docket No. CP04-36.
