Forget Taco Bell's beef, how would you like to be served this mess?

A raw burger does not always cause foodpoisoning, but come on.  This is from a young mother in Ohio, who purchased a kids meal for her children, and a burger for herself, from a fast food restaurant today (hint: billions and billions sold, but not necessarily re-invested in food safety).  Fortunately, the mother was the only one to take a bite of this mess. As she said to me, she'd rather get sick than one of her children. 

With this level of investment in food safety, no wonder foodborne illnesses sicken 48 million of us every year.
