Legal marriages by ordained minister
I am getting married this summer in Washington State and would like my grandfather to sign up online to become an ordained minister so that he can marry my fiance and I. My family and I are a little skeptical of whether the marriage will be technically legal if my grandfather is not a certified minister or judge. I have called several county auditors and no one seems to have an answer to my question.
