If I was detained by citizens unlawfully, and then the police showed up...is everything they charged me with in-admissable?


Detained by 3 individuals forcefully, suffered many injuries, the crime they alledge I was guilty of was hit and run-unattended vehichle a misdemeanor, and as far as I can tell it does not meet the "breach of peace" requirement.

So it should be an unlawful citizens arrest....not to mention assault and battery ( fractured arm, concussion, two black eyes, internal bleeding) thinking that all charges that followed should be in-admissable
