MY LANDLORD CAME INTO MY HOME WHILE I WAS GONE AND TOOK 3 ELECTRIC HEATERS THAT I WAS USING TO HEAT THE HOME WHERE ME AND MY 3 CHILDREN LIVE. HE SAYS HE HAD A "HOME CONFINEMENT OFFICER" COME IN WITH HIM THEREFOR MAKING IT LEGAL.
