How can I file a 1983 civil complaint, personal injury that happened in Prison


Was forced to work under situations which I should not have been made to work under them, because of my medical problems, slipped and fell, was unconscious, hospitalized, received staples in the head, have serious back, neck, and hip injuries because of this fall. The medical was aware of my previous arthritic condition, had to wear knee braces, and ankle braces prior to forced to work. Currently in constant pain, and dealing with chronic back injury.
