A judgement was issued against my ex and I, but they won't go after him. How do I make them?


We had a joint credit card. By the time they caught up to me - it was $11,000. I had moved around a great deal - they siezed my checking account. I have been making payments of $200 per month to the tune of $6700. Don't they have to make him pay some of the debt. I also have a divorce agreement stating that he is responsible for the debt.
