Do I have to pay back LTD overpayment from 2005 all at once?


I was awarded Long Term Disability (LTD) for 2 years, after being fired in 2003 for missing work due to injury and medical reasons.
I was awarded disability in 2006. Now I have a letter that states I have to pay back overpayment from LTD by april 19th. Which of course I cannot that soon. What options do I have, as I need to call the insurance company soon.
