How to vacate tenants due to a property being in foreclosure?

I am a landlord, I have a tenant who lease is up January 30, 2007. Zero Deposit was collected. I need to terminate their lease because the house is now in foreclosure. I would like to give them ample time to leave, such as a 30 day notice which is well before the Sheriff Sale is to transpire. I was in the hospital and became financally upside down. Any suggestions? I was thinking to write an apologetic letter to the tenant to the effect of "due to a non-amiacable resolution with the bank, it is best to move forward... sorry for the inconvienance..."
