Seidlin Remands Remains to Custody of Guardian ad Litem

At the end of a four day hearings, Judge Larry Seidlin emotionally issues an order that the body of Anna Nicole Smith be placed in the custody of Richard C. Milstein, the Guardian ad Litem of her next of kin and surviving child Dannielynn.
Vergie Smith presented a video depicting Anna Nicole Smith in a clearly intoxicated or drugged state while wearing clown makeup as evidence that Howard K. Stern did not take the care of Anna that would be expectec were she truly his beloved wife.
The video was part of the possessions Howard K. Stern contended were illegally removed from the Bahama home he and Anna Nicole were living in.
