The Delaware Chancery Court has issued guidelines for practice before it. The guidelines run the gamut from dress codes and the duty to clean up after a hearing to protocols for contacting the court, courtesy copies, guidelines for the parties to agree as to briefing schedules, discovery disputes, pleadings and amendments thereto, confidentiality/protective orders and pre-trial and trial procedure.
