Deux blogs de Confrères

Même si j’ai un radar assez sensible, jusqu’à présent je n’avais pas eu connaissance de deux blogs publiés par des Confrères.

Le premier des blogs du jour est celui du Cabinet Prugneau-Schaub, qui contient quelques billets dont certains sur la PI en Chine.

Le second est rédigé en anglais, langue maternelle d’Alex Thurgood, ingénieur associé du Cabinet Michel Richebourg. Son blog -particulièrement intéressant- est sous-titré “Personal musings from an Englishman in France on events, decisions and anything vaguely related to intellectual property“.

Alex évoque notamment le sujet chaud du moment (le raprochement avec la profession d’avocat) et en particulier la question de l’évolution de la formation : “As an employer, I might be inclined to look into having my juniors train and qualify outside of France, and then take the European Union recognition or French 8 year experience route, or even just take on qualified non-French staff if they speak French.”
