California Business Litigation Update Now Available

By Farella Braun + Martel LLP

ADVERTISEMENTS

The Continuing Education of the Bar recently released its December 2006 update to its fundamental business litigation guide, California Business Litigation, and Farella Braun +  Martel's intellectual property partner Nan E. Joesten authored the 2006 update of  the treatise's chapter on patents.  According to CEB,  "[n]o other single law practice title provides the business law practitioner or litigator with more essential information on substantive law, preventive law, and litigation at both the federal and state levels. The nonspecialist in particular may refer to this title for a succinct yet comprehensive overview of competitive business practices, including California?s unfair competition law (Business & Professions Code 17200 et seq.), trade secrets, antitrust, trademarks, copyrights, patents, and business-related torts."
