Arizona Daily Star (w/ h/t to Main Justice) follows up on the case we covered earlier, where the AUSA severely distorted prior testimony in his cross-exmination of the defendant.

(The Ninth Circuit named the AUSA in the opinion and the US Attorneys office asked for the opinion to be modified to drop the prosecutor's name. The Ninth Circuit used that request as an opportunity to make an example of the AUSA.)
