: Reasonable BasisNY Court Rules Against Dell
A New York court held that Dell engaged in a host of deceptive practices, including fraud, false advertising, and abuse debt collection practices. The lawsuit, which was filed by the New York Attorney General's office in May 2007, will now proceed to determine the amount of restitution Dell must pay.
