KingCast Gregory W. Floyd ticker: Arraignment tomorrow, 9 Oct. 2008 for Resisting Arrest & Disorderly Conduct.

By Christopher King (all)

I told you last week about Floyd's upcoming schedule, which also includes a 16 October 2008 hearing relative to imposition of his suspended sentence for assault on a police officer. I think the State should impose the sentence so I filed a KingCast Amicus Brief and I'll likely be in attendance for that one. Other Franconia Collective members may appear to keep tabs on the events tomorrow; I'm not certain if Floyd is actually required to appear. Bill Christie is no longer his attorney on that because he wisely walked on by. Simpson & Mulligan now represent Floyd because Christie & Shaheen & Gordon took a Mulligan, laid up and got the hell outta' Dodge, LOL. We got your back, Liko.

Anyway, hell, in Ohio Judge Bruce Pollitt allgedly imposed a suspended sentence on political dissident Jerry L. Doyle even though the time of his probation had expired, then they put him "in the hole" immediately after he opened his mouth to complain about it on prominent radio host Bob Conners' show, WTVN 610 a.m.

1998 vis a vis 2008 are funny years: In 1998 Floyd was put on an order of Good Behaviour that he clearly violated ten (10) years later. In 1998 Jerry L. Doyle allegedly lost Doyle v. City of Columbus 41 F.Supp.2d 765 S.D.Ohio,1998 on First Amendment principles, but ten (10) years later we see that the town of Columbus has shown its true colours by admitting that the reason for denying him the right to speak on off-agenda items in 1998 was content-based (Columbus Dispatch 20 Sept. 2008) and by continuing that sort of First Amendment Retaliation as noted in his 2008 lawsuit (2:2008cv00761 SD OHIO ED) against Judge Pollitt, Sheriff Karnes and Commissioner Kilroy. Watch Doyle, Kilroy, Board member Loretta Heard (RIP), Yours Truly and others in action in this historic video.

In between all of that, KingCast just kept telling the Truth, got indicted for using his First Amendment Freedoms, got American Tower on the hook for $290K for Overtime violations (DOL release) and kept on rolling. And I'm rolling in ways I won't even discuss on this blawg; people who have known me for years and watched things develop are there for me and it's All Good.
