A securities class action lawsuit has been filed on behalf of all persons or entities who purchased the common stock of Bare Escentuals, Inc. (“Bare Escentuals” or the “Company”), between November 7, 2006 and November 26, 2007, inclusive (the “Class Period”). The class action lawsuit was filed in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. The Complaint alleges that the defendants violated federal securities laws by issuing material misrepresentations to the market concerning Bare Escentuals’ business and prospects, thereby artificially inflating the price of Bare Escentuals securities.
